Will Lloyd
Will is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager and Building Engineer, with nearly 20 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Luca Dalmasso
Luca is a registered Architect with over 15 years’ experience in the residential sector at all scales, in the UK and abroad. He holds a RICS Certificate in the Construction Project Management.

Contract Administration
We prepare and administer building
contracts under JCT or similar, acting as
Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
Site Coordination
We appoint a site manager, handle health
and safety, and ensure quality control
across trades.
After Care
Even after your project is complete, we remain
available for managing ongoing repairs or any
other construction matter related to your property.
