In undertaking a whole house renovation there is significant complexity associated with managing costings processes, stakeholders, timelines, contractors’ availability, intertwined technical information, and multiple decisions influenced by both design and function. As a family we knew this would be beyond our skills and abilities, and hence we appointed L’ARCO as experts in the field, to achieve the best possible outcome.

L’ARCO’s high standards, eye for design and technical detail, and cost awareness, has meant that we are creating a home which will provide longevity to our family, currently on track to be under budget and on time and delivered in a cost informed manner. Underpinning the project with quantity surveyor input has ensured that work was estimated, tendered, costed, and charged in a clear manner to facilitate cost planning and project delivery.

The appointment of L'Arco has been the best decision we have made through the project, and we would certainly recommend working them. Sadly, their success on this project may prohibit us from needing to work with them again...
